Sage's Aromatherapy & Oils doesn't normally provide refunds, unless the product has arrived damaged. 

Natural pain relief and aromatherapy products provide different results for everyone. For most people, they work beautifully and will help. Some people they help good, most people...great. For a few, not so well. If something doesn't help you at all, feel free to write me and we can provide a partial credit towards something else in the shop.
